A series guide to the essential foundations of hair care.
♫ Look for the hair necessities, the simple hair necessities - forget about your worries & your strife...
Salutations Honeybee!
Before beginning, it is valuable to note that while no day fully goes to plan, it is great to set goals that can be worked towards with each new sunrise. We can still uphold quality standards for personal grooming, whilst having grace when needing to adapt to various spontaneous factors like weather, seasons, sickness, time, travelling, community, etcetera.
For example, if I am going on a week-long backpacking trip, I know there will be some short-term tweaks to my health regime, such as nutrition preferences, exercises, hygiene, skin care, and hair routine. Of course, the entire grooming routine won't be thrown out, but rather I would be sculpting it down to the bare necessities that still reap a harvest. I find that having small, sustainable practices in place during mundane periods helps to maintain holistic haircare wherever & whenever I go.
If healthy hair is a goal of yours, there are some essential, yet easy lifestyle habits that work to complement your genetics.
This series will be highlighting those bare minimum, core foundations of hair care.
Call these the ♪ hair necessities ♪ if you will.
